PKS-Inkasso corporate social is listed as a debt collector according to §10 Abs. 1 Nr. 1RDG by the President of the county court Stuttgart (Germany).
We are subordinate, in our activities, to the regulatory bodies.

The CEO of PKS-Inkasso is Mr. Helmut Behrendt. His first experiences of handling Psychology and Investigation he achieved in his employment in the civil service. After a reorientation he was employed as field staff by one of the largest debt collecting services in Germany, the German debt collecting service (the EOS-Group). In the year 2000 he set up an after debt collection for the client (factoring company) on behalf of a large law firm in Stuttgart-Bonlanden. In the year 2001 he already achieved reclaims in debts of seven digit figures.
He received his licence as debt collecting contractor in November 2003. Since then Mr. Helmut Behrendt was active in several executive positions and like our Partners, he possesses excellent contacts.
Our rule of thumb is not to manage files, but to achieve the best possible result for our clients and creditors. Each step is invaluable to us and we analyse in systematic management of individual cases and decide which possibilities, strategies and tactics are the best in order to collect debts. We unite debt collecting psychology with consistent actions and a restrictive approach. We always see the money of our Clients.
